Model 1895 No. 1 Cavalry Carbine

This model featured a half stock with no handguard and sling bars on the left side. Barrel length is 17.7". Weight is about 6.75 lbs. Built by both Steyr and Hembrug.

Model 1985 No. 2 Gendarmerie Carbine

This model is a full-stocked version with bayonet fittings. Weight is about 7 lbs.

Model 1895 No. 3 Engineer & Artillery Carbine

Similar to the No. 2 carbine but with long handguard. Weight is almost 7 lbs.
